“The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you, the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”-Numbers 6:24-26
Seventy years? Seventy years!
Why am I starting by celebrating and highlighting 70 years? Because Christ Lutheran School is proudly beginning its 70th year of educating students in Phoenix! God has abundantly blessed this ministry, which started with kindergarten through 4th grade and has grown to over 625 students, from three-year-olds to 8th graders.
Our theme verse for the 2024-2025 school year, from the book of Numbers, reminds us that through good times and challenging times, through expansion, growth, building, and even a pandemic, the Lord continues to bless us. How comforting it is to imagine our Lord and Savior turning His face toward us and granting us peace.
Our theme song for opening chapel each week is "Blessed" by Cain. I encourage you to start listening to this uplifting song to get ready for the upcoming school year.
Furthermore, our theme song for chapel will be different from the song that starts our school day and plays outside. "Good Day" by Forest Frank will remind our students and families that each day is a good day, as our Lord continually blesses us.
Thank you for partnering with us to educate your child(ren). We deeply appreciate your trust in us to guide, nurture, and love them as if they were our own.
In Christ
